h&m sweater // River Island jacket // 7 For All Mankind jeans // Shinymix earrings // Venus by Maria Tash earring // David Yurman ring // Aldo boots // 3.1 Phillip Lim bag
I’m so tired of this freezing weather! It’s been snowing almost every day, and we are lucky if the temp even reaches 20 degrees in the city. I am at the point where I’m so done being cold, I’m burying myself in big cozy sweaters, socks and boots.
My sweater is from h&m (last year’s winter collection). I loved it so much I bought it in every color! I like how it looks paired with the fur collar of my River Island faux leather jacket.
These boots from Aldo are literally SO comfortable. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, so needless to say I’ve gone through my fair share of Timbs and workboots. But these Aldo boots have a thicker heel (I’ll take any extra height I can get!) and the leather is amazingly soft.
I know this is the most casual outfit ever, so these Shinymix earrings added a little necessary sparkle. I love jewelry and I feel like it adds so much to a casual look to pull it together.
It looks like it’s supposed to warm up a little by this weekend! Hopefully the city will start to thaw out and I’ll have the desire to emerge from my apartment wearing something other than blankets.
On a side note, if you’re missing Minnie, I haven’t posted photos with her in a while because she is extremely opposed to walking around outside in the cold. When I take her outside, she sits on the ground and refuses to move so I have to carry her in my bag.
I’m super excited for this weekend because it’s supposed to be 46 degrees and mostly on Sunday!!! Whats your favorite thing to do when it’s warm out in NYC? Leave me a comment and let me know 🙂
