As much as I try to avoid the hoards of tourists and dense crowds in midtown during the Christmas season in New York, there’s something that always draws me to Bryant Park. It’s not as overrated than Rock Center, the winter village shops always promise some unique Christmas gifts, and the vibe at Celsius Restaurant is on point.
I’ve talked about Celsius before on the blog because I’m invited to its Grand opening party every year. With tasty traditional menu items and really impressive festive and cozy drinks, Celsius never gets old. What I love most about Celsius is the outdoor lounge seating that overlooks the skating rink. Heat lamps keep the outdoor area warm, and it’s decorated with white couches and snow-leopard throw pillows.
John and I walked off our meal at the Winter Village shops, where we always score a few Christmas gifts. We also both treated ourselves to some cool NYC artwork by the raw art.
I wore my IvyRevel Kingston sweatshirt, River Island leggings and jacket, Jeffrey Campbell booties, Shinymix necklace, and Tumi bag.
How are you spending the holiday season in New York?
