I’m obsessed with smoothie bowls. Whether I make them at home or grab to-go from a local restaurant, I think they’re the perfect healthy meal. I’m also loving pitaya (aka dragon fruit ) – it’s full of Vitamin C and Antioxidants . This Pitaya bowl from Stamina Grill is my absolute favorite. With just a few simple ingredients including pitaya and berries, then topped with banana and granola, it’s heaven in a smoothie bowl 🙂

When I make my own smoothie bowls, I’ll use Pitaya Plus (100% pitaya fruit delivered frozen), some Greek yogurt, honey and frozen berries blended in a food processor, and top the mix with fresh fruit and shredded coconut. Heavennnnnn
