David Bromstad for Naturalizer shoes c/o // Guess coated black jeans // Forever 21 tartan shirt // J. Crew tissue tee // Phillip Lim Pashli mini satchel // nOir spike necklace // Urban Outfitters ear cuff // Daniel Wellington watch
I tend to play it on the safer side when it comes to mixing prints, but I’m loving the way red tartan looks when it’s paired with leopard. I think it’s because both tartan and leopard print are being worn so often that they’ve become the new neutral. When paired together. they provide just the right amount of feminine style with a little bit of edge.
I wore this outfit to the David Bromstad for Naturalizer Fall 2014 collection launch event, and it’s a style I’ll be wearing straight through Fall. I also wore an ear cuff from Urban Outfitters and a spike necklace which played up the edginess a little. These David Bromatad for Naturalizer booties are perfect, with a little pop of leopard print in the back. I could pair these booties with practically every outfit in my closet!
