Living in NYC has all the conveniences and perks imaginable, but we’d be lying if we said we didn’t miss having a backyard. We would love to let Minnie run in the confines of her own yard, rolling around in the grass and sunbathing. But just because we don’t have this luxury, it doesn’t mean we don’t get our fair share of the outdoors – it just takes a little more resourcefulness and intention. Central Park, Washington Square Park, and Battery Park are some of our regular spots for romping around and enjoying a warm Spring Day.

John, Minnie, and I tend to enjoy these types of days the most, so in a way we can say we are happier without the backyard. Our time spent together is carefully crafted and deeply appreciated.

There’s also something else that’s been brightening up our Spring: these bright and adorable collars and leashes designed by Kristin Wills. We are literally obsessed with this Busy Bumble Bee design and the bright pink details. Have you guys checked out her designs yet, or purchased a set of your own? Click on the banner below to be brought to her Etsy shop, where you can shop her products!
