This past Saturday, the team at Ruby & Jack’s Doggy Shack hosted a Grand Opening Launch Party and Halloween Pet Fashion Show at their boutique on the Upper East Side. Minnie chose to not wear her costume, and instead opted for a bright orange light-up spiderweb hoodie.
Ruby & Jack’s welcomed a packed house of pooches and dog lovers for an evening of hors d’oeuvres, drinks, sweet treats and mingling. Minnie made a bunch of new friends and had a blast running around Ruby & Jack’s large open rooms. We were able to check out the facilities to see the grooming rooms and dog runs which were all pristine and new.
There were tastings of Kumoni ice Rum, and cupcakes and cake pops catered by Prince of Pastry, which were unbelievably delicious. We even had a chance to get our new favorite book, Couture Dogs of New York, signed by photographer Paul Nathan!
The Halloween Pet Fashion Show featured costumes by Royal Animals, and the face of the brand, an adorable little pooch, made an appearance at the show.
We all had a great time watching our fur babies romp around in their Halloween costumes. Most especially, we are happy to have found a gorgeous new pet shop, chock full of great quality necessities and accessories, as well as a place that can cater to all of our grooming, walking, and boarding needs!
Oh, and that dog with the killer outfit and the Converse sneakers? His name is Coqui and you can check him out on Instagram,
